I've never gone skiing but it's something I would love to do someday :) That tart look delicious, it's similar to a smore's pie, one of my favorite desserts. I would love to know the recipe, and since you'll be skiing I'll bet that "Baby It's Cold Outside!" and this tart looks like and awesome way to keep warm :)
