Travel Diaries: 🍃 Feringghi Gardens Restaurant, Penang - Pitcher Plants & Tropical Ambience!
Enjoy your meal in the midst of lush tropical plants, all tended to by restaurant staff.
I come here for all my dinners when in Penang and it is easily, my favourite restaurant on the island. Perfect for couples and for families. The food is alright, the desserts great and ambience, divine.
Allow me to take you on a visual tour of Feringghi Gardens…
🌾 The restaurant is located just off the sidewalk from the main road off Feringghi Beach. Although, we parked out back and walked the short distance.
🌿 The Feringghi Gardens Restaurant has a Bar & Grill with up to 5 seating areas - 2 in the gardens, 1 with the bar indoors, and 2 more closer to the entrance, also indoors. All enclosed by lush tropical plants, creating ’space’ and privacy.
………
🍸Room with the Bar.
Not in the mood for food? No worries, Feringghi Gardens has it's very own long table bar.

🌿 Outdoor seating area.

🌱 Pitcher Plants.
I especially love that The Gardens feature many, many Pitcher Plants, a canivorous plant that attracts and feasts on mosquitos. No more woes sitting outdoors! winning

Beautiful restaurant. Malaysia is on the top of my list next time I'm in Asia.
you should! it's very pretty (and a lot cooler than other places) 😅
I was trying to go to KL whilst in Perth, Australia but didn't realize I had less than 6 months on my passport (they let me travel from Canada to Australia no problem). So while checking for my red eye flight to KL, Air Asia staff were like,
'Miss, we could send you there, but there is no guarantee they will let you in the country, and you may have to be detained overnight in a holding cell as a result'.
Naturally, I passed. I'm going to make it there one day though!
Canadian immigration shouldn't have let you get on the plane to begin with 😂 Oh well, always next time 🙂
LOL yeah, that's YYZ for ya.
Looks like a wonderful place, thanks for the tip!
