Fishing in Perunad- Is it a Piranha we got?

It has been one month since floods in Kerala. This is the first time I am visiting Kerala after that incident. The mud from the waterbodies can be seen from even at the second floor of buildings. But apart from that another issue happened. All the native fish is getting eaten by a foreign breed. People tell it as a type of 'Piranha'. But this fish taste too good.If anybody can tell name of this fish it would be good.

The teeth is almost like human I feel.But as far as I know 'Pirahna' has sharp teeth both upper and lower jaw.
