El rico y delicioso ceviche peruano
Hola como estan comilones e estado fuera mucho tiempo, uno de los motivos es que estado bastante ocupado, bueno comilones hoy les traigo una rica y deliciosa receta que les va a encantar espero su apoyo para seguir creciendo en este hermoso camino y poder lograr mis objetivos en esta hermosa comunidad de steemmit.
Ceviche
Empezamos con una receta típica de la cocina latinoamérica, que en Perú particularmente está considerada como patrimonio cultural.
Bueno comilones sin mas que decir paso directo algrano.
- Corta en cubos 500 g de camarones o langostinos frescos y 250 g de bacalao fresco (si lo prefieres puedes sustituir el bacalao por otro pescado). Reserva el pescado.
- En un bol coloca una cebolla roja pequeña troceada, medio pimiento rojo cortado en cuadraditos, un jalapeño, un diente de ajo picado y un puñado de cilantro fresco picados, y media cucharadita de jengibre rallado. Añade una taza de zumo de lima, otra taza de zumo de limón y una tercera de zumo de naranja.
- Añade el pescado
