Unique Species Resemble Cockroaches

Today I put a unique species, this species I can in one of the community plantations, I accidentally see a small species in the bushes, I was curious to see the species, the species is similar to a cockroach.

In general, cockroaches are generally much used around us, but I see these specs, which is why I am curious. however, this species is not a cockroach, albeit similar to a cockroach.
