I am a very positive person, but throughout the day, it happens to me that I am frustrated about peoples‘ behaviour, what they say, or things, or even about myself.
This is the cue for recalling the We don‘t have to like everything. But we also don‘t have to change everything.“ stress release
It counterbalances the urge of action- reaction. Or the flight instinct, especially I have as an I often want to flee from situations involving negative energy.. I also suffer from people mistaking me or misinterpreting my behaviour for the negative..
But I don‘t have to change that. People don‘t want to hear long explainations of my thought process Others are anyways interested in themselves in the first place.. We may not like what we have achieved today or our current routine is off (generally speaking here, I an actually happy with my current balanced life.) .. We don‘t immediatley have act or change something.. Don‘t stress, lean back watch your thoughts and FOCUS. on finding the things that you like right in the moment..
Because nothing is just annoying, just bad. There is always something to appreciate. ⚛
