Sri Lanka Photographed - The Insane Wholesale Market
Who needs costco?
Wow, coming to this market was so crazy. There was just so much going on! Trucks everywhere, people everywhere, fruits and veggies everywhere!
Dropping off, or picking up..People were running everywhere, getting prices from sellers, accepting offers and having workers carry heavy bags of goods back and forth to and from trucks. As soon as you walk into this enviornment, there was a strong sense of "business only, if you're not here to buy anything..get out of the way."
Gotta say though, the organization, the variety and colors looked pretty sweet.
Hope you guys enjoyed these photographs :) let me know what you think!
As always, thanks for taking the time to browse!!

I had to upvote, the shots are outstanding!
Regarding the topic you brought up, local economies get monopolized with big corporations like Costco or Walmart. In essence, the market is the descentralized crypto currency in contrast with national banks!
