Nasa competition finalists have revealed their incredible 3D-printed habitats that could be used to colonise the red planet. Pictured is the entry from Team Zopherus of Rogers, Arkansas. They received $20,957.95
Now the five teams still in the competition have to create a one-third-scale printed habitat of their final design. Pictured is the entry from Kahn-Yates of Jackson, Mississippi, who received $20,622.74
Nasa has outlined its four stage plan (pictured) which it hopes will one day allow humans to visit Mars at he Humans to Mars Summit held in Washington DC yesterday. This will entail multiple missions to the moon over coming decades

I was talking to a friend about the project Mars. If I am not mistaken, they are going to send off 100 people in 2020 and the shortlisted candidates have even been selected. It's a great sacrifice for humanity but must be very intimidating. Technically, you will be dead in a way. Anyways, looking forward to what's coming up. Cheers!
