Multi-coloured fungi on tree trunk
This is a very common tree fungus, turkey tail mushrooms (Trametes versicolor) that has a greenish shade by algae. The photos were taken in the Szinva-valley which is very humid, even there are drought in other places. Although turkey tail mushroom has no enjoyment value, but it has a healing effect, strenghtens immune system and contains anti-cancer drugs.

How fascinating @kalemandra. I always find it interesting how the most unsuspecting or tiniest subjects can render the most intricate results. Much like those teeny tiny little sea shells! They have the most exquisite patterns and colors on them.

Thank you! Mushrooms can be very colorful, from bright yellow to deep purple. Only the mushrooms you can by in a supermarket have boring colors.
