Two of my favorite ladies! And why steem makes me happy.
My good friend and fellow steemian @surfermarly is currently on vacation in the US.
This weekend we went on a segway tour in DC together with my wife.
It was a hell of a great time and the weather was beautiful.
Tonight we are going to meet a few steemians in NYC and I am realky looking forward to that.

I love steem. Aside from the fact that it has made me quite a bit of money one big reason is @surfermarly. She is one of my best friends and she and I have grown even closer as buddies because of steem.
I am so happy that introducing her to steem has yielded so much success for her. So much so that it is paying for her vacation where she is coming to see me and many cool sights this country has to offer. Aside from making money with her blogs she has grown so much as a content creator and I get to read content and enjoy her work that would never exist without steem.
This is truly an amazing accomplishment for both steem and her!

By the way, I should have mentioned this in my previous post but had my two year old in my ear about oatmeal and being hungry. All's good now! I was happy to hear surfermarley was in town enjoying the states. She's one of my favorites here on steemit. Always a good message from her and so uplifting in her steeming journey. Thanks again!

You guys look like you're having a great time. Having watched quite a few of @surfermarley's videos, her positive attitude comes right thru the camera lens. Can't imagine hanging out with her would lead to a fun time. Enjoy the states.
Love the pic of the Monument from the Lincoln Memorial. My wife and I were there not too long ago and it brought back some great memories. It was loads of fun just walking around that area thinking about movies/events that had been filmed right there or taken place such as Forrest Gump and really just putting it to scale. Great post! Enjoyed!
