Gingko! One of the oldest trees in the world!

Makes a beautiful yellow Valley in the fall!
It's also one of the symbols of Osaka.

They do however, produce a fruit whose flesh rots very quickly and smells absolutely horrible.
Fortunately, this is one tree with male and female individuals thus in the city you'll only find the male trees that do not produce fruit. It really helps make Osaka Castle park, where there are hundreds of the trees, a nice place in the fall!
