Hi oppa! yep it was 150, it's an expired film. The cheapest fresh films I know plays around 200 to 225 pesos. Either from lomomanila marketplace or film folk. There are film shops on instagram also so finding film is really not that hard. :D
Normally it's 200 pesos and up per roll for developing and scanning. :D
