Are You Too Nice? 5 Ways to Gain Appreciation & Respect
You want to be respected, but you’re not sure how this whole thing works. The key here is to stop focusing on you, and start thinking about others. How can you help others? How can you inspire change, growth, and innovation? When you think about the people you respect deeply, what do they do differently from the average person? While you’re thinking about that, here are some of my own tips:.....
1.Don’t claim to like something he likes without knowing anything about it
2.Don’t ask unless you want a solution to your problem
3.Be sensitive to their wants and needs
4.Do your kindness and self-giving often go unreciprocated?
5.Do you take care of others first and yourself last?
If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, you could be too nice, at least in certain areas of your life..jpg)
