Gothenburg - The Language of the City

Hello all Hive friends!
The theme for the city's language today is the upcoming All Saints' Day. The weekend that was marked by Halloween. Both weekends draw attention to the dead, but it is done in slightly different ways.
The city's cultural event is rolling on. Four openings await this weekend, but there may be a few more.
On November 7, a guided tour of the exhibition Alfredo Jaar will be held at the Hasselblad Foundation / Hasselblad Foundation. Whispers and Cries. Alfredo Jaar became the Hasselblad candidate in 2020 with a prize money of 1 million Swedish kronor. He is something of an odd artist and he himself has never seen himself as a photographer. Alfredo Jaar explores complex sociopolitical themes and ethical issues of representation. With calm and meditative works, he responds to the major world events ", reads an excerpt from the jury's motivation. Alfredo Jaar was born in Chile but has lived in New York since the 1980s.
Apparently you do not have to be a photographer to get this photography award, which is the 40th in a row.
Today's photos were taken in Gothenburg.
