What a crazy texture. The image is all wacky, I like it. Craggy rocks, and the soft and flat water to balance it out. I do like your reflection too, but I think the contrast of materials here is the coolest thing going for the pic. I can imagine touching the barnicles and then putting my hand in the water, just to have a sensory experience.
