Hey, thank you! Unfortunately it is not. There is a guard watching the entrance, I was just lucky he wasn't there when I got in.
That's too bad :( I'll go there either way someday. I'll tell him I'm coming from BucurestiulMeuDrag Photo Association and with a PRESS badge. Maybe that will do the trick.
If you plan on doing any photo walks soon in Bucharest let me know.
