Today I will write about a well-known beach in our country, and I will pin it up on the Steem map. I hope everyone will like it.

Today's blog is about the beach, so I am very happy at the beginning of blogging, because it is a beach that brings a surge of joy to the mind as soon as I hear it. The name of this beach is Shahpari Beach, which has blue-colored salt water.

The last end of Bangladesh has been highlighted with a silent beauty. It is located on Shahpari Island in Teknaf Upazila, Cox's Bazar district, in the southeastern corner of Bangladesh.

Although Shahpari Beach is relatively less known, it is a beach of immense natural beauty. Since it is the meeting point of the Naf River and the Bay of Bengal, this place is named Teknaf.

Since the river is part of Bangladesh and Myanmar, this beach is very exceptional in geographical and natural terms. The biggest attraction of Shahpari Beach is the quiet environment of this beach. There is no crowd, no loud noise or commercial noise.

The vast dunes, blue sky, sea waves and the mountains of Myanmar in the distance make this place a very good place for nature lovers. The view of the sea changing color while standing on Shahpari Beach at sunset is truly enchanting.

What are the facilities here

Shahpari Beach has not yet been fully developed as a tourist destination, but some basic facilities are available below.

  • Small local food shops (especially marine fish and dried fish).

  • There are open spaces to sit.

  • There are opportunities for local boat trips.

  • Safe and quiet environment
However, there are very limited large hotels, resorts or modern entertainment facilities here.

This is a place where there is no luxury, but a beautiful environment to be close to nature. This is a suitable place for those who love nature and open spaces.

Services

A big strength of Shahpari Beach is the local people here. They are generally helpful and friendly towards tourists, so they tell you when the tide starts and when the tide ends. They also easily tell you if you want to rent a boat, get directions or know local information.

How to get to Shahpari Beach.

  • From Cox's Bazar district, you will have to take a local bus, microbus or CNG to Teknaf; it will take about 2-3 hours.

  • You can easily get to Shahpari Beach by boat or trawler from Teknaf Ghat. The boat ride is the most exciting part here because the journey between the shallow sea waves and the sweet sun is very enjoyable.

Although this beach lacks modern facilities, its silence and natural beauty are many. The nature here is like a painting, with green trees all around and a canal flowing in the middle. On the other side, there are quite a few coconut trees; the coconut trees in the sea beach area are more beautiful than the coconut trees. The coconut water is sweet, so everyone comes here to buy and drink coconut water. The coconut water here is very popular.

Before going to the beach, there is a car parking facility where people who come from far away can easily park. The area is on the border, so there is very little population to live here. There is a BGP camp next to it where the border guard is provided security, so there are quite a few security facilities here.

We went to this beach from Cox's Bazar in a jeep. We enjoyed our time there very much. There are small shops there. I bought lemon juice from there and drank it. The price of juice was only 20 taka (2 steem). The sound of the sea waves still comes to my ears. While writing this blog, I was happy; I felt like I was still there.

This beach is open to tourists 12 months a year, but more tourists come to visit during the winter months (December-January).
