Photoshop Make A Photo Like Video Clip Bruno Mars

This is my second work to create a photo effect like the one in a video clip of bruno mars "Just The Way You Are". I use photoshop CS6 and this takes some time because this effect is very simple to make only selecting certain parts and coloring it, so it is more efficient when I use the tool in photoshop that is "Magic Wand Tool" and remove the part using tool "Magic Erase Tool "
