Buen dia amigos, espero la estén pasando muy bien, el dia de hoy les hablaré sobre estas bellas plantas de berenjena, además que están empezando a tener una buena carga y eso me alegra.

La berenjena es muy deliciosa en distintos platos, tanto en guisos como cremas y salsas, solo debemos saber trabajarlas.

Es una planta delicada la cual lleva mucho trabajo y es por ello que debemos atenderla todos los dias, que no les falte el agua y sustratos.

Algo bueno que tiene esta planta es que puede cargar tanto en tierra firme como en porron, la idea es agregar los nutrientes necesarios y dejar que la planta se forme.

Una vez empieza la floración debemos dejar todo en manos de los polinizadores y para atraerlos debemos tener plantas florecidas.

Es increíble como en pocos meses vamos a estar cosechando, además podemos encontrar distintas variedades como la redonda, alargadas y verdes.

Algunas personas las prefieren fritas con otros ingredientes, yo la prefiero guisada con pollo o carne y les digo que queda muy bien.

Estamos en época de verano y se deben colocar en sitios donde el sol no le de tanto, el de la mañana si es pasable.
