Una planta muy valiosa para la familia/ A very valuable plant for the family[ESP/ENG]

Buen dia amigos, espero la estén pasando muy bien, el dia de hoy les hablaré sobre esta bella planta la cual me ha servido de mucho durante las noches y es efectiva.

Lleva por nombre orégano orejón y siempre hago un té para relajarme y dormir bien, se le puede agregar miel y limón.

Es importante mantener nuestro cuerpo saludable y estas plantas hacen un buen efecto, solo debemos saber prepararlo.

Debemos lavar bien las hojas y luego colocarlas a hervir, ya despues se le agrega el zumo de limón y por último la miel que le dará el toque ideal.

Sabe muy bien, y yo antes de irme a dormir lo preparo, se puede hacer unas dos o tres veces por semana, es una receta que me enseñó mi madre.

Esta planta se adapta al clima cálido pero no debemos descuidarlas ya que necesitan de un buen riego de agua y de abonos que hagan efecto.

Debemos alejar los gusanos de ellas, apliqué varios tratamientos que los han corrido y solo hicieron un pequeño daño.

El riego de agua debe ser constante, y lo mejor de todo es que se pueden mantener en porron, una planta valiosa para mi y familiares.
