ADSactly Poetry - Lucid Lyrics Designed to Expand Minds (Part 8)

Hello Steemians! The ADSactly Poetry : Lucid Lyrics Designed to Expand Minds series is designed to be a sort of platform for sharing some of my greatest works with @adsactly readers.

Many of the verses I've shared and continue to share were written in collaboration with a friend of mine.

Others were written as solo projects and some made their way to the recording booth.

I find that collaboration brings many benefits most of which revolve around having someone to bounce ideas off of and sort of be challenged to pick up where the other has left off.

I've got another special piece for @adsactly readers today, another powerful verse I wrote for a solo project.

I think it has a bunch of really cool concepts readers will connect with but as always I will leave that up to you to decide!

After All I've Thought It Over

There's another world that’s buried in time hidden in rhymes invisible before our very own eyes...

To our surprise things that we thought we realized were masked in a certain disguise and if we don’t wake up soon it may just beckon the final breath of our demise.

So many cant see it smell it or taste it yet still imprisoned in their very own minds.

Now ask yourself is there somewhere deep down that’s just wishin and hoping for more.

After all...

I've thought it over...

And I'm not at the end.

And if that’s the case there may be a way to prove it conceptual control with a bit of problem reaction solution.

History flpped upside down re-delivered to brainwashed masses spoon-fed.

An we're still not at the end got a few more twists and bends trials and tribulations no time to wait in limbo or in suspense refuse to lose and no way the darkness omnipotent..

So common sense says overcome the hate I've had enough lets play the odds and light it up.

After all...

I've thought it over...

And I'm not at the end.

My Thoughts on This Verse

This is a piece that could be considered quite dark but actually its the opposite.

When we have thoughts of discontentment and when darkness sort of creeps into our mind we must fight it. Giving up at times could be helpful but for the most part it doesn't benefit us in the slightest.

After all...

I've thought it over...

And I'm not at the end.

This is a very powerful statement. We've considered giving up but we firmly refuse to do so. This type of attitude can bring us a very long way!

We can literally create our own circumstances. I know things may seem impossible but there are possibilities we are simply not seeing right now.

We need to know what we want and we need to focus our energy towards getting it!

Anyways, I'd very much like to know your thoughts and feelings about this verse so if you liked it or didn't like it, I'd love to hear your opinion either way!

Your reflections, @zentalk, like a poem, have aspects of great interest, from my point of view. One of the lines that I liked most because of the way of writing and what they say are the ones that start: "". It seems to me a very accurate thought and said with a successful verbal construction. He approaches the unknown and the mystery of things as a hidden language that has its own rhythm to discover.
I share the criteria that watt thinkers -such as Jung, for example- have presented, who have allowed us to see that what can be considered as dark or negative situations: defeat, failure, fear, etc., form part of our Shadow and that, rather than "fighting it", it should be faced with serenity, temperance and openness. Poetry should help us to do this. Greetings.

Sometimes we think we've come to the end of the road and we don't know what to do. The first idea is to stop. But then we must remember that each end has a new beginning. There are worlds that we still don't know and that await us, perhaps one within us, that we only reach with years and experience. Looking at oneself is another form of travel. Thank you for sharing your texts, @zentalk

Thank you, Zentalk, for sharing this interesting and thoughtful text.
I would like to express a brief opinion on the final reference you are commenting on.
In my experience as a reader of literature, poetry has always been able to speak to me in a very intimate way and to get to interrogate my inner life in a very valuable way.
That interior mirror in which he becomes and that scrutinizes sensitive aspects of life, can also, very often, show us our strengths.
In this I think that poetry has a practical meaning that is not always recognized.
A hug!

Contemplative posts
I see your work as a deep contemplation. sometimes in life we feel we have reached the end, but then or finally we realize that we have not yet arrived, or even haven't started anything yet. Therefore, I see this work as a way of reminding each of us to continue to walk because of the road, there is no end to it until we end our lives.
It is interesting to know that we reach a point, but we also realize that there are still other things that we have to achieve, we must go.
