What Ever Should I Be? Kids Poem/Storybook in Progress
So I have been working on this idea for a picture book/poem for young kids. Its a work in progress. Eventuslly accompanied by pictures hopefully. What do you guys think so far?
I’m growing up and things are changing as far as my eyes can see.
But with so many choices out there, what ever should I be?
Maybe I should be an airplane pilot that flies up so very high.
Then I would be able to travel anywhere in my workplace in the sky.
Or maybe I should be a food truck chef that cooks such tasty meals.
Then I would work with food and friends while I cooked on all four wheels.
Or maybe I should be a brave zookeeper that keeps all the animals safe.
Then I would be just like a super hero in a hat instead of a cape.
Then again maybe I should be a firefighter who uses a fire hose.
That way I could save lots of people who need me when the sound of the siren goes.
If helping people is what I want, then maybe a policeman is what I should be.
With a badge on my chest and police on my vest, they will feel safe when they are near me.
