Original Poetry #8: A Sonnet for You

just a glimpse of your beauty
under the secret promises
the day and night, passes quickly
yet slowed down by happiness

an exception to the rule
nobody could compare
i will never be a fool to bid your adieu

a fallen angel is impossibly rare
but the Heavens gave me you
delicate and a work of art
a unique and an extraordinary girl
love, you're the reason i gave you my heart

crazy as it may sound, but this will never be over
because since the day i loved you, i've chosen to stay forever
