Give every day the benefit of your best
Clear up your cupboard, your closet and the rest
Strip off painful memories like a stained vest
Eradicate envy like a voracious pest
Lay grudges off your chest
Counteract ridicule with jest
Lay new eggs in a new nest
Zealously aim for the crest
Set with the sun at the west
Face life as a test not a contest
Embrace new challenges with renewed vigor and zest
