yes to all of this! i had no idea about the empathy tests.. that's so interesting. not all surprising but sickening at the same time. resteemed! :)
Yep. He brought it up when I asked him about intelligence tests. A few years ago a report came out that police weren't accepted if they were too smart. He said he wasn't surprised about that but he had never seen those tests - rather he'd seen the empathy tests, which to me, are even worse. I'd rather have a less intelligent empath than a more intelligent sociopath.
exactly - empathy is key. emotional intelligence is so very valuable.
