LIVE: Kolkata Police sent summons to Joint Director

Since then, the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamta Banerjee is sitting on the dais to protest against the Modi government. Mamta Banerjee is meeting the cabinet meeting at the site of the rally and here she is constantly signing the files.

The case between the Kolkata Police and the CBI is getting stuck. On Monday afternoon, the Kolkata Police sent summons to the CBI's joint director Pankaj Shrivastav. The police accused him of misleading the case. On the other hand, Governor Kesar Nath Tripathi has submitted his report to the Home Ministry.

Dharana will continue till 8th February

Mamata once again attacked the Modi government from the site of the rally.
