If this is indeed passed, you are not being paranoid. You are simply stating facts. I think it is important to be aware about it. Fortunately, for me, I live outside of the U.S, and the FBI has no jurisdiction outside of the U.S.
Wrong. This law gives the FBI jurisdiction outside the US.
