America first - Who is going to be second?

Dear Mr. President,

 America fist! But, can we just say Switzerland second?

A Dutch late night show started raising the question - who is going to be SECOND? 

Ever since, many countries joined the race in "SECOND COUNTRY BEHIND AMERICA". 

The Dutch video has over 17 millions views. The Swiss version has 7 million and the German contribution reaches 5 million views. Latest joiner is Kazakhstan.
