My Subscription Got Finished
Hello everyone, it's @demigodsms, I will really love to share another episode with you all, pls pay attention. I was on the Internet this morning, trying to check on some latest news and updates, as I was browsing through the net, I noticed my data got finished, well I'm using two sim MTN and Airtel, I was having some data on MTN till it got finished this morning, I said let me quickly purchase a new data and sub it on my Airtel sim, because I prefer it to MTN, the last subscription which I did two days ago was on MTN because Airtel network was bad, so I did 3gb on my Airtel which was supposed to last me for 2-3 days,
After Purchasing An Airtime From My Opay Account, It Shows Successful But It Didn't Reflect On My Sim Balance
After purchasing it from my opay, i noticed that it showed successful but i was not seeing the airtime on my messages and sim balance, when I checked my sim balance it was just N173.66 that was there instead of N923.66, because I was having N173.66 on my balance. I thought of calling the customer service but I couldn't recall their number, I was so angry, it was so frustrating, I wonder why network system will be acting this way.
I Was Angry And Upset With The Situation
I almost broke my Airtel sim, it was so painful, the truth is, it's not easy to get money these days, mostly when it comes to airtime subscription, what pays me most was that, out of the little I have I lost from it too. It hurts me so much anytime the network system treats their customers this way.
I Purchased Another Airtime Which Reflected On My Sim Balance
So after much complaints and anger I purchased another airtime from my opay account to my Airtel sim, but this time it reflected on my airtime balance immediately. Although I'm still expecting the first one to come maybe sooner or later. May God help our network system.
