How does exercise beat cancer?

Scientists have discovered that exercise changes the distribution of glucose in the body from food. During exercise, our muscles take away the glucose in their food from cancer cells. When muscles use more energy, the cancer does not get food to spread, and it weakens.

In experiments on various mice, it was seen that cancer tumors in the bodies of those who exercise became smaller by 60%.

A lot of hope for humans in this research. Since the internal system of humans and animals is quite similar, experts believe that daily light exercise can be very helpful in preventing the growth of cancer in humans as well.

Note: In simple words, we can also say that exercise not only makes our muscles stronger, but also "starves" cancer and prevents it from growing.
