What is the information paradox in black holes?

But in the 70s Stephen Hawking arrived and theorized that black holes emit a very weak radiation called Hawking radiation and this is due to quantum effects near the event horizon, over time, with a very long time, the larger the black hole, the much longer it will be, but in the end this radiation will cause the black hole to lose mass and it will end up completely evaporating and disappearing, so the question is, what has happened to the information of everything that fell into it?

Because it turns out that quantum mechanics says something very important, information is never destroyed, even if you burn a book and turn it into ashes and smoke. In principle, if you had a supercomputer and you knew all the particles in the book, their characteristics and you had access to a large amount of energy, notice, a lot of energy, the electricity bill would be brutal. If you had all that, you could reconstruct the book exactly as it was.
