IP66 rated throughout the body

The DR02 solves a historical limitation of humanoid robotics, the environment, it is the first industrial humanoid robot with IP66 rating throughout the body, fully protected against water and dust, this means something simple but revolutionary, it can operate outdoors in rain in dusty environments and in real weather conditions, something that until now was always a weak point of humanoid robotics.

While most humanoids require controlled environments, DR02 was designed to transition seamlessly between dry factories, outdoor courtyards, rainy areas, even cold storage facilities. Its operating range goes from -20º to 55º, allowing continuous operation in scenarios where traditional burglaries simply fail, but resistance alone does not solve the problem.

The DR02 was also designed to move and work like a human in human spaces, with an ergonomic design of approximately 1.75 m in height, it adapts to tools, corridors, stairs and workstations already existing in the industry, walks stably, climbs stairs and faces steep inclines and maintains balance even while carrying load.

In practical terms, this means that the robot can operate in logistics, material transportation, external inspections, emergency response and continuous industrial operations and even in places where humans face high risks.

Behind this physical robustness is a high-performance architecture.

The DR02 features a multi-sensory perception system combining 275 tops of computing power, allowing it to interpret the environment in real time, adjust movements, avoid obstacles and react to unexpected situations with precision.

Another crucial point is in its maintenance philosophy, unlike traditional robos that require long breaks for repairs, DR02 adopts a modular quick-disassembly design, arms, forearms and legs can be removed and replaced quickly, drastically reducing downtime and operating costs.

This makes it an evolutionary platform capable of receiving improvements over time without needing to be discarded, here the humanoid stops being fragile and becomes a real industrialist and when the robots already think, already learn and resist the environment, there is only one thing missing to change everything, scaling production.
