Space and galaxies are like the mysterious depths of the ocean, something was out of place in 1933 when Fritz Zwicky noticed something strange with the Teh Coma cluster

Galaxies were moving too fast, Iif gravity was all there was, it should have spread long ago.

But they didn't.

There was something else.

Something invisible.

Something dominant.

Thus the concept of dark matter was born.

It does not emit light.

It does not reflect energy.

It does not interact as common matter.

And yet...

it forms the structure of the universe.

Galaxies Engulf Massive Halos of Mysterious Material

Without it, we would not exist.

Today we're pretty sure that 85% of the things in the universe aren't something we can see.

We live inside something we can't detect.

The creepiest question isn't really about what dark matter it is

But: Enigma of science

Why are you there?

What if he stopped holding us?
