A humanoid robot chasing wild boars in the middle of a street in Poland is a real event, it even seems chaotic and in the video it was, the animals ignored it, they fled, there was no control of the situation, but the point here is not the success of the mission, it is the proof. The robot in question is based on the Unitree Robotics G1 model and was adapted to interact with real people and environments.

No laboratory, no controlled scenario, street, people, unforeseen events, real life and this matters because most of the robberies that we see working well do so in highly predictable environments, factories, warehouses, production lines, now, the proposal here is different, put a robot in the middle of the world and see what happens.

And this robot was not made just to move, it also talks, interacts with people, responds in real time without pre-programmed responses, that is, it is not just executing tasks, it is trying to exist socially and there comes a layer that few people perceive, this is not just robotics, it is behavior, it is digital presence in the physical world, because this robot has already begun to be used as an influencer, yes, an influencer participating in actions, promoting products, interacting with the public and here is a very direct point.

For brands this solves several problems, there are no scandals, it has no opinion of its own and there is no emotional exhaustion, it works 24 hours a day and for now there is total control over it, but at the same time there is something strange in all this, because unlike a digital avatar, this robot occupies physical space and that generates a much stronger reaction in people, curiosity, surprise and sometimes even discomfort, and that is perhaps the real experiment here, it is not about chasing wild boars, it is about understanding.
