Will the investment portfolio of the TOP 100 cryptocurrencies succeed? – 4th part
During the last month, the whole crypto market experienced another ride. Most coins of the TOP 100 grew very well, so my portfolio went back to green numbers again. But that is just one side of the coin. Read on if you want to know why.
How does the TOP 100 portfolio look like after 3 months?
Overall evaluation in dollars was slightly over 740 USD at 15.11. 2017, it is about 6%. So, finally, after the misery of the last few months we are again “in profit”.
But when I express the entire portfolio in BTC, it is much worse. Here we can clearly see 37% loss. It means that if I invested in Bitcoin instead, my portfolio would be more valuable today. Bitcoin has been doing very well in these times, and I am glad it is like that. I am curious how the portfolio will look like at the end of the entire test. Now we are in a quarter of it.
During the month, many interesting things happened. At the end of October, I got the following e-mail:

So I transferred BTP and ETP coins to Bitfinex and Cryptopia. The third coin named ICO was not able to be transferred anywhere, so I left it there and said goodbye to it. It was a coin that was not even able to be added into Cryptocompare, so it cannot be seen in statistics.
Similar announcement came from Nova Exchange. So, I have, without any problems, transferred coins to another exchange. I knew this may happen, so I was not too surprised.
Winners and losers of the month
The three best coins of the last month were Bitcoin Cash with its huge increase, Lisk and my favorite - Verge.
On the contrary, the losers are (if I forget to the fully lost coin ICO) MCAP, RoundCoin and DNT. Storj is no longer so bad as I wrote last time – loss of “only” 47% (in dollars).
I’m curious how the portfolio will look like by the end of the year. I will inform you. :)
