      It's looking more like 1-2% per day!!!! I need to Power Up ASAP, why is Power-Up being blocked? The developers can just block transfering out but should not block Power-Up / Power-Down!!!!

      Time is a big factor since the dilution rate is SOOOOO high!!!!!!
