Beautiful Flower Pride of India
Hi friends.Greetings and welcome to my photography blog.I want to share some photos of a beautiful flower in this blog.Name of this flower is Pride of India.It is a species of Lagerstroemia native to tropical southern Asia.In my country we locally know this flower as Jarul.This flower tree grows small to medium-sized which becone 15-20 metres tall,with smooth,flaky bark.
It is also widely cultivated as an ornamental plant in tropical and subtropical areas.This flower recognised as the state flower of the state of Maharashtra in India.Pride of India tree is also medicinally valuable & famous in Ayurvedic medicine.Flower blooms in rainy season.Pink jarul flower looks so beautiful.When the tree covered by flowers the view looks so amazing.
