SEC-S29W1:My Progressive Action - Squats
My aim is not only to do exercise but forward towards a healthy and physical journey. I select Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of the week for doing this program. This gap between days provides me relaxation and also maintaining the physically standards.
First day of squats (Tuesday)
In the very first day I started with very normal count of squats which is 15 before starting the squats my heartbeat rate is 80 bpm and respiratory rate is 19 per minute but after exercise my heart rate is 104 BPM and respiratory rate is 25 per minute.
In the first day I focused on the perfect posture. I feel little stress and stretch in the legs. This is the sign the body accepted the new movement.
Second day of squats (Thursday)
Second day I increases the 10 squats. First day I do 15 squats but second day I did 25 squats before doing it my heart rate is 77 BPM and my respiratory rate is 18 per minute. After doing this exercise my heart rate is 112 bpm and respiratory rate is 27 per minute.
Second day the sweating increases because of increasing repetitions but mentally I feels strenghty and relax. Squats helped me to strengthen the lower back and legs.
Third day of squats (Saturday)
In the third day I increased 10 more repetitions and I'm doing total 35 repetition of squats on third day. Before start the exercise my heart rate is 76 bpm and respiratory rate is 17 per minute but after exercise my heart is 120 bpm and respiratory rate 29 per minute.
I feel clear difference on third day. My body is more balanced as compared to before and complete my squats with full confidence. I'm tired but also a feeling a different type relaxation and satisfaction.
Overall Feelings
This three days progressive action fitness program reminds me that to move slowly is a real key of success and I doing all this program in indoor on my rooftop. Squats not only provides my physical strength but also increased my self confidence. I will surely continue this progressive action fitness challenge in the upcoming week and complete the program of 18 days with full success.
