"SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action (dumbbell sit-up)"
I sincerely thank dear @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi for organizing such a wonderful contest.
This is my first time joining this contest here. Along with that, this week I will try to do everything properly so that you can see all of my activities clearly and well.
Day 04
Today I started a new week of dumbbell sit-ups. In the first week, I practiced in my own way, but those were not recorded on video and there was no opportunity to share them. Today I started doing it properly, and I performed it very well. Along with that, I began practicing it more carefully, which helped me complete it successfully, and I personally felt quite good doing it.
My exercise experience on the fourth day:
When I started exercising, I initially felt quite good, and as I continued, I completed many repetitions. I did a total of 17 repetitions, which took a fair amount of time. After completing the exercise, my heart rate increased, I felt quite warm, and I also felt a slightly different pain in my waist.

Day 05
The next day, I started exercising again and performed it very well. Compared to the previous day, I did a bit more on this day, which made me feel even better. I focused on doing everything slowly and steadily, and I completed it very well.
When I gradually increased the number of repetitions, I felt more breathless and experienced more strain. Even so, it was very beneficial for me, so I continued increasing it slowly and completed it quite well.

Day 06
On the sixth day, I increased it even more. Compared to previous days, while doing it today, it felt quite good and seemed much easier. I completed all the repetitions very well. However, when I increased a few more toward the end, it became a bit difficult, but still I managed to complete it successfully.
On the fifth day, I did 22 repetitions, and today I added five more, making a total of 27 repetitions. While doing this, I performed it quite well, and at the same time, I felt a special sense of satisfaction.

Hi, @bijoy1
It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:
Technically, it wasn't your fourth day, but your first. I'm glad you've gotten into the swing of things.
Why not start with just 15? I think it would have been easier to monitor your progress that way.
You're keeping a good pace that allows you to manage your energy and perform well until the end of the workout.
We'll see you next week!
Thanks to you.
