"SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action (dumbbell sit-up)"
Today I will participate in a challenge of @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi in week-02 of Steemit challenge 29. The name of the challenge is SEC-S29W2: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge. I am very happy to participate in the fitness challenge. I hope everyone will like my writing.
Today I am starting the second week of the dumbbell sit-ups challenge. In the first week, I will increase from 12 Reps on the third day to 5 Reps on the fourth day of the second week, for a total of 17 Reps of dumbbell sit-ups. I turn on my video recorder and start exercising. Today I feel less nervous. I am an electrical engineer, so I have to do the exercises in the office. I exercise in the electrical substation room.
My fourth day of exercise experience: When I started exercising, my heart was working normally, and my breathing was normal. But after I did 17 reps of dumbbell sit-ups, my heart and breathing rate increased. However, the exercise is very effective for my waist and stomach. My waist is able to do dumbbell sit-ups more normally than last week.

I prepare for the fifth day of exercise on 21/01/2026 in week 02. I come to the office in the morning and start exercising. Today I will increase the exercise by 5 more Reps than on the fourth day. On the fourth day, I did 17 Reps of dumbbell sit-ups. Today I will do 17+5=22 Reps of dumbbell sit-ups. I make dumbbells out of two-liter water bottles. I reduce the nervous feeling of exercising day by day.
I started exercising by turning on the video on my mobile camera. Today I feel like exercising is easier. Even though my reps are increasing, I still start doing sit-ups with dumbbells easily. At first, my heart and breathing were normal. But after doing 22 reps of sit-ups with dumbbells, my heart and breathing speed increased. Even though it is winter in our country, my body still sweats a little today. However, I am noticing the improvement in my waist and stomach through exercise.

I started the sixth day of week 02 on 22-01-2026 in the morning at the office. Today, it will be a little difficult for me to exercise because I will increase my reps by 5 more. But I am hopeful that I will complete the exercise. I start the exercise with my dumbbells in my hand, and the video recording starts with my mobile camera. My heart and breathing are normal. But I have the morale to finish the exercise.
Today I did 22 reps of dumbbell sit-ups on the fifth day, increasing them by 5 reps. Even though it took a little longer today, I am happy with the exercise. My heart and breathing rate increased after my exercise. I am very happy. I have to exercise like this every day to maintain my fitness. Today I did a total of 27 reps of dumbbell sit-ups. More challenges await me in the third week. I will definitely continue exercising to improve my fitness.
