Dumbbell sit-ups have become one of my favorite exercises. When I first started doing this exercise, it was quite difficult. Standing straight with dumbbells in hand, slowly bending your knees and standing up again—this task may seem easy, but it takes a lot of body strength to do it. Today I start the fourth week of exercise on the thirteenth day. I did 57 dumbbell sit-ups last week. So today I increased the dumbbell sit-ups by 5 times. Today I did 57+5=62 dumbbell sit-ups.

Experience with Dumbbell Sit-ups on Day 13: After a few days of regular practice, I realized that my leg muscles and thighs were getting stronger. Additionally, my body balance has improved since then. While doing this exercise, I try to keep my back straight and breathe slowly in and out. This makes the exercise more effective for me. Before starting the exercise, my breathing and heart rate were normal. After exercising, my breathing increases more than normal.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(68 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 15 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(95 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 21 per minute) |
This was the fourteenth day of my fourth week of dumbbell exercises. Today, I was a little more confident than on the thirteenth day. Today, I tried to lift and lower the dumbbell 5 times more than the previous day. At first, my hands felt a little heavy, and my muscles were slightly sore. Still, I didn't give up. It was a little difficult to lift the first few times, but gradually, as my body warmed up, the task started to feel easier. Every time I lifted the dumbbell, I breathed carefully and exhaled slowly while lowering it. This allowed me to do the exercise correctly. My hands got quite tired at the end due to doing it 5 more times. But inside I felt very good, because I could understand that I had improved from the previous day. I felt proud of myself.

Today I did 62+5=67 dumbbell sit-ups. My breathing rate increased a lot after the exercise. I was having a lot of pain towards the end of the exercise. Then I completed the fourteenth day of exercise.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(67 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 18 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(98 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 20 per minute) |
Today was the fifteenth day of the fourth week of dumbbell exercises. Today, I was more confident than on the thirteenth and fourteenth days. I decided to do 5 more repetitions than the previous day. At first, I was a little scared - can I do it? But I gave myself courage. Before starting the exercise, I did a light warm-up. Then I slowly started lifting the dumbbells. My body was fine for the first few repetitions, but by the middle, my hands started to feel heavy. I felt a tension in my muscles. Still, I didn't stop. I carefully controlled my breathing and completed all the repetitions slowly. The last 10 repetitions were the most challenging. My hands were shaking, and I was sweating, but after finishing the work, I felt great.

Today I came to my village home because of the national elections in our country. So, today, I made a dumbbell with a three-kilogram piece of iron. Today I did 67+5=72 dumbbell sit-ups. After the exercise, my breathing rate increased a lot, so I took some rest. Today I had the most difficulty in completing the exercise. I am ready to take on the challenge of next week.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(68 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 17 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(100 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 21 per minute) |
