Whatever you do, its important to NOT use BigPharma DRUGS for "depression"

Psychotrophic drugs are the #1 reason for all Suicides/Murder

There are many natural things that you can do, research - educate yourself.
Also, do something for other people - a life of service really helps beat "depression".
