How to achieve your goals by unstucking yourself from the daily-grind and breaking the patterns!

We tend to get comfortable with what we have that we don't feel the need to try anything new.
Switching up and making life more exciting is not hard, it only requires a little effort and action.
So many things can be done to avoid the feeling of entrapment in life.

Here are some tools that might help you along the way.

Breaking the pattern and unstuck yourself

Being familiar and comfortable with the routines of everyday can stop us from realizing that everything we do is based on patterns and routines.

Pull your attention to the present moment and realize that you do things on autopilot

Not realizing that everything I do is an reacting to the environment and not responding with careful decision.
The way w talk, eat, watch on TV, the things we feed our minds.

By being aware of that pattern and changing up we became more aware of the present and the things that surrounds us, things that happens "between the lines". we start to notice new things around us all the time.

Do one thing everyday that goes against what you would normally do, break the pattern and take the road less traveled.

Appreciate the small things

We are being busy getting from A to B that we pay very little attention.
I see people all the time walking with their eyes on the ground or their eyes in their phone. Some people wouldn't even notice if the moon collided into the sun.

We are addicted to stimulants.. It can be coffee, smart phones, etc. We are addicted to using our phones on the toilet, while we eat and even while we watch TV.

Set small goals towards a great future

Have one goal, say 1-5 years in the future and plan accordingly.
Start by settings small goals towards the future you want and the future you want is starting to unfold on the way!

Having a plan is very important. If you don't have a plan you are destined to become a part of someone else's plan.

See to yourself that you are using your precious hours efficient. That you use your time to work towards your small goals. After you have done so you will feel like you have achieved something and are victorious.

Write that shit down and follow it!
Don't take on more than you can grasp!

Decide what you want to achieve, eliminate distractions and keep motivating yourself towards your goal. Have confidence that you will achieve them, one by one. Make a plan and follow it. And amazing things will start to happen.

And have fun along the journey of life.
