Years ago, I read about a test at an university, where they dissect dead bodys died a natural way like accidents, heart attacks and so on. They found in 98 of 100 bodies cancer. The cancer was in everyone of them. But it didn't grow or break out. Scary, isn't it. I am convinced, that energy is first. And energy is forming matter.

Thats true @tabea, Cancer is within us and its our power if we want that Cancer to get increased or not. If you think about past a lot, then definately that cancer will evolve and if you remain happy always then the Cancer will not find its place in our body :)
