A suitable exercise is an exercise that is suitable for age, physical condition and ability, which, if done regularly, does not harm the body but benefits it. Exercise is necessary for every person for health. We can keep ourselves fit through suitable exercise.
According to the question, today I will do the Sukhasan exercise as a suitable exercise, it is a very good exercise that keeps our memory as well as many things in the body good.
Sukhasan exercise is an easy and comfortable exercise, which is very beneficial for meditation and breathing.
🧘 How to do the Sukhasan exercise.
Sit on a flat surface with a mat.
Sit comfortably with both legs folded and the spine straight
Then place both hands on your knees, close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly.
🌿 Benefits
Doing this exercise calms the mind, reduces stress, and increases attention and memory.
It also helps in controlling breathing.
It helps in keeping my spine straight.
This is very effective for me because in the current era of competition, I have to compete in everything, be it my personal life or my job; everything is getting difficult now, so I am constantly suffering from stress problems. Due to high stress, I forget many things that have a positive effect on me, so through this exercise, I can easily solve my problems.

Nature is a feeling that I like very much, I like it a lot, because the creator has created everything beautifully, so we all should see it. I was walking along the riverbank this morning, where the Buriganga River flows through our city. I enjoy seeing it very much. The water of the river is flowing in the rhythm of the waves; there are many boats in the river, from passenger boats to cargo boats that move on this river. There is a neem tree across the river. Now it is winter season, so the leaves of the tree have fallen, and new leaves are growing again.

I am walking on a bridge across the river, where the sound of birds chirping in the trees makes me more attracted to seeing the birds. I am also enjoying the sweet morning sun while walking where the seasonal fruit trees are blooming, which will later bear fruit. How beautiful nature is, if we do not pay close attention to our surroundings, it is difficult to feel it. Since the sky is blue, the water of the river looks blue from a distance, which is a pleasure to see with the eyes.
Walking brings peace to the mind; if you suffer from depression, walking reduces depression. Losing yourself in nature refreshes the brain, so we need to walk.

Fear holds people back; it not only affects them but also affects their bodies.
Arisha is alone in the elevator. She is riding the elevator to her office on the 13th floor, and the elevator keeps shaking. She gets scared due to loud noises, and due to this fear, she loses control of her phobia.
Phobia is an excessive and irrational fear, which is towards a specific object, place, situation or task, like what happened to Arisha in the elevator. She no longer uses the elevator because of fear. She has a problem with tachycardia when she goes up and down in the elevator.
Phobia is a disease, Arisha is suffering from this disease, and its consequences affect the body, as Arisha is suffering from tachycardia.
Since a phobia is a fear of something irrational, we should not do it, and Arisha should always follow that this elevator is an electronic thing that can be a problem at any time.

Phobia is a disease, and to eradicate this disease, one has to solve it by oneself. So, I have mentioned 5 steps below to control it.
Awareness:
You need to understand your feelings, fear or anger first.Pause:
You need to wait a little longer without reacting immediately and see what is happening.Understanding:
Think about or find out the real reason for this feeling.Cognitive Control:
You need to change negative thoughts into realistic and positive thoughts and have faith in yourself.Behavior Control:
Instead of fear, you need to be aware and do the right thing.
