Cédula de 10.000 Cruzados do ano de 1988
Hoje mostrarei mais uma cédula da série de cédulas que vigoram com o advento do plano cruzado, que modificou o padrão monetário brasileiro em virtude da hiperinflação. A cédula é a cédula de 10.000 cruzados do ano de 1988. Esta cédula homenageou o médico sanitarista e cientista brasileiro Carlos Chagas. No anverso da cédula temos o retrato de Carlos Chagas (1879-1934), baseado em foto de 1931, tendo, a esquerda, gravura representando esquema clássico do ciclo evolutivo do protozoário "Trypanosoma cruzi" (o barbeiro). Já reverso temos uma gravura mostrando Carlos Chagas trabalhando em laboratório. No mercado de colecionadores brasileiro esta cédula é cotada na faixa dos 30 reais.
