Trumpkin Pie and Tarts for Halloween

Hey, happy Hallowmas to you!!

I normally hide upstairs in the dark as handing candy to cute strangers goes against the grain. The dentist would agree too - as well as the nutritionist and the grim reaper.

So we did a little home baking instead. First ever pumpkin pie and some tarts to be sure the mixture is used up - although have more to go yet as bought a GIANT pumpkin from Tesco, so needed lots of spice, treacle, cream, eggs and brown sugar to make it taste all yummy and pie-worthy.

My girl is off with her dad to trick or treat and I'm chilling, full of pumpkin goodness!! Got pie sweats now.
