It's a Million Little Things, Friendship

Last morning,
I had a brunch in a food stall. I know its just a small place where anyone may eat. But, my vision fixed on a mug. It's clearly written Friendship isn't a BIG thing, It's a MILLION little things.
I was wondering of its meanings.
