Owning a house in Abuja is a big deal! You can focus on other things: school fees, feeding etc
If you have money please come and invest in real estate in Nigeria. So many good deals.

cheaper than any house in europe only 33 000 euros... maybe a small appartment costs u 3 times as much... still aint got tht kind of money
Hmm, the 13.5 million naira is actually for just one flat. The whole building will definitely cost more.

in my home village some houses cost 1 Euro. The catch: they belong to the bank for not paying back loans and anyone who buys them would need to tear them down immediately. some run down houses that still can be fixed by someone who knows how to build can be bought for like 16 000 eur.
