New House Flip Bought! Evans Colorado

We just bought this one for $295k and it should be worth about $380k once we are finished remodeling. It is a cosmetic flip that will need maybe $25k in repairs and we will have another $25k in other costs. This was an MLS deal so I made a commission as well!
